If your portable restroom(s) were delivered to your job site under the circumstances that allow us to use stakes (not on concrete, asphalt (unless allowed), etc.), and the portable restroom(s) either: Â 1.) We’re not moved; or, Â 2) Were moved by you and *properly re–staked, A–Relief will respond within 2 hours of the receipt of your call (during regular service hours) and we will waive the service fee.
*Properly re–staked: Â Minimum of two wood or metal stakes of a length of at least 18″ used to anchor the unit – one stake must be attached to the skid near the front of the unit and another should be attached to the opposite skid near the rear of the unit. Â
Wood stakes are provided with your unit at no charge upon initial placement. Â Replacement wood stakes are invoiced at $3.00 each. Â Steel stakes (min. 18″) are also provided free of charge upon initial placement at the Route Manager’s discretion. Â Replacement steel stakes are invoiced at $6.00 each. Â Replacement charges are inclusive of all parts, labor, acquisition costs, and sales taxes.
